EARC provides adults with developmental disabilities the support they need to lead successful lives. Their employment and residential services empower our clients to live more independently.

They offer quality residential services, through their Intermediate Care Facility, Group Homes, Daily Living Support Homes and Assisted Living Programs. Their employment service programs through The Trails Sheltered Workshop, Enclaves, and Community Integrated Employment allow clients to receive valuable work experience.
